Purple Stone Beads

Faceted disc beads from purple stone. This is man made material similar to another synthetic gemstone called "gold stone". Like gold stone, it has small glittery inclusions that sparkle beneath the surface. Reminds me of metal flake paint and the beads really sparkle. The photo above does not catch this sparkle, and the beads are not speckled as appears in the photo.
